Last year, while walking the dog, I stepped off a curb wrong and injured my left foot. At a later date, while walking the dog, she pulled the leash resulting in a hyper extended left thumb. Since that time the injured thumb has developed osteoarthritis, a painful condition that bothers me daily.
Yesterday, while walking the dog, I stepped wrong resulting in a strained left foot. This morning it was very painful to put pressure on the foot. Because of the foot I fell downstairs striking my tailbone on the edge of a step. So now I am trying to use a walking stick with a painful thumb, a sore bum, and a gimp foot.
Not to worry, the dog is fine! Although she wants a walk now…
